Returns
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, damaged, played with, or are no longer in their original condition.
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, all returned items must be unused, unopened where possible, and in the same condition as received.
Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories included.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns.
We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost during return delivery.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Opened or damaged items
- Items that have been played with
- Items missing parts or packaging
- Items returned in an unsellable condition
- Personalised or custom-made items, unless faulty
- Clearance or final sale items, unless faulty
